Galvanized W and IPE Profile for Solar Energy Systems


W beam structural profiles are used especially in the construction of steel buildings, but also in reinforced concrete structures are used to support the structure and it’s use for solar system construction. It is used in agricultural machinery, automotive, energy and industrial applications along with its use in all areas of the construction that forms the structure in low and high altitude constructions.

Fabrication Operaion

W profiles are produced by hot rolling method in accordance with the requirements of ASTM standards. Afterwards, poses are cut in lengths suitable for customer demand.

Hot Rolled profiles are taken into the Service Center stock and go through manufacturing operations as required by technical drawings and work items specific to customer demand.

Galvanizing Operation

The products that are cut in accordance with the lengths in the project material list and then made ready for galvanization by performing the project-specific manufacturing steps are subjected to galvanizing operation in the relevant standards. At the same time, the coating thickness can be applied according to the customer demand. Galvanizing operations are carried out in accordance with ASTM A123 and EN-ISO 1461 standards.

Packaging and Logistics Operation

The products with all manufacturing processes completed are packaged in the appropriate quantities according to the project and tied with straps at intervals in accordance with the standards and customer demand in each package. Our company, which keeps the necessary equipment and operational processes under control to ensure transport safety, makes the necessary arrangements in the container and each container is controlled. The prepared batches are shipped to the customer by roadway, railway & seaway transportation.
